We provide excellence to venue and event owners through specialised branded companies and operate in six key sectors.

Sports Food Services
From cricket matches, golf championships and tennis tournaments, to football

service. FMC is the premium food service provider to stadia such as the All
England Lawn Tennis Club, the Brit Oval and Chelsea FC. FMC also cater at
prestigious golf events such as The Ryder Cup.
Letheby & Christopher
provide dependable, large-scale hospitality food service and delivery at many
high profile venues including the Millennium Stadium and Cheltenham Racecourse. Express Cafes, our mobile catering service, takes great pride in
logistical expertise, flexibility and breadth of high street brands including
Uppercrust, Harry Ramsdens and Café Ritazza. Express Cafe operate in venues as diverse
as Aintree, the Chelsea Flower Show and Manchester United FC.
Leisure Food Services
From the BRITS to the Last Night of the Proms, Leisure Food Services has a legacy of providing quality food at museums, arts, performance and historic venues as well as exhibition and conference centres. Leith’s provide function and banqueting catering to cultural and arts venues such as the Royal Albert Hall and Glyndebourne as well as to conference and exhibition centres including ExCeL and the Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre. Millburns manage and operate restaurants, cafes and bars in celebrated buildings and major visitor attractions throughout the country including Bristol Zoo, the Manchester Art Gallery and the Royal Academy of Arts. Payne and Gunter specialise in parties and events and offer a complete solution from creative food and theming to lighting and entertainment. The company supplies over 65 venues around the country including The Natural History Museum and The Tower of London.
