About us

Belfast Activity Centre (BAC) initiated in 1988, is a personal development charity that aims to engage people from all backgrounds in programmes of activity that encourage them to reach their full potential and explore their social and personal development. Based in Belfast, the centre works across Northern Ireland with a wide range of groups, charities and individual young people.

BAC provides a holistic approach to the needs and aspirations of the individual, ensuring safe, inclusive, but challenging opportunities that are "changing lives and building futures" across Northern Ireland. BAC's Mission is to provide a range of excellent personal development opportunities in order to improve the quality of life for young people in Northern Ireland. Its Vision is to be changing lives and building futures in Northern Ireland, through personal development.

BAC is run by a team of dedicated staff and volunteers and is currently looking for an Operations Manager to play a critical role in the management of the organisation.
