Blackwell Adventure is a 52 acre estate of open parkland in Worcestershire, central England based around our 18th century Manor House. We deliver a variety of land and watersports to schools, colleges and voluntary organisations on a daily and a residential basis. We have activities ranging from a 200 metre zip wire, high poles course to mountain biking and various watersports. We have built our reputation on delivering a first class customer experience and looking after our staff.

We are looking for staff to encourage and motivate the youngsters who come through our centre, you will need to be 100% committed and willing to go that extra mile and in return we will ensure you receive a first class experience.
