Collineige first began when Colleen met and married local mountain guide Jean-Marie Olianti. We don't simply operate in the Chamonix valley; our home is here. We are large enough to offer a range of properties, yet small enough to offer a truly exclusive service.

Chamonix

Chamonix is a mountaineering mecca and world class ski resort. It sits with Switzerland on one side and, through the Mont Blanc tunnel, Italy on the other.

Justly famous for some incredible off-piste, Chamonix also offers wonderfully inspiring slopes for beginners and intermediates. Unlike modern resorts, Chamonix existed well before skiing, let alone snowboarding, were ever dreamt about. So there is a huge wealth of cultural and other sporting activities all only an hour's drive from Geneva!

In the valley there are the main ski areas of Brevent, Flegere, Les Grands Montets and Le Tour. From the highest cable car in Europe, L'Aiguille du Midi, the famous Vallee Blanche starts. This is a magical 22km off-piste run down a glacier. You can also ski in Les Houches or at Courmayeur in Italy.
