Elevation Holidays is a small independent company offering exclusive summer and winter holidays/accommodation in the Austrian Alps, within easy reach from Salzburg, Innsbruck and Munich airports. We offer great skiing, five 18 hole golf courses, mountain biking, rafting, and stunning scenery to take in.

All our accommodation is owner run and with a personal service, we offer advice and assistance wherever necessary. We can advise on local walks, mountain bike trails, off-piste ski routes, and where to go to enjoy time off the slopes. Our chalet, catered chalet and 4* hotel are all close to each other so there are many facilities to enjoy amid a warm, convivial atmosphere.

The Resort

Our accommodation is based in the magnificent Hochkonig mountain region, an area home to some of the best skiing in the whole of Austria with an impeccable snow record! Skiing is usually from early December to mid April and caters for all types of skiers from beginners, intermediates, experts and cross country. There are four ski schools to choose from and lots of easy beginners slopes within easy access. With such a large ski area (150km) Hochkonig rivals many of the better known resorts in size, and can provide enough thrills to keep even the keenest skier happy for a week.

With around 37 mountain restaurants to choose from, ranging from rustic farmhouses to large purpose built log cabins, and with the Hochkonig area an advocate of the famous Austrian apres-ski with many lively open air bars, you're guaranteed to find the perfect place to socialise over a beer and take in the stunning views after a hard day on the slopes.
