Equity Ski are one of the UK's leading ski specialists offering all-in ski & snowboard holidays. We operate in a range of resorts in France, Austria & Italy and cater for both adult & school groups.
Each season we carefully select, train and look after around 180 full season & 70 peak season staff. There's a wide variety of positions available and we offer a great employment package.
Our overseas team play a vital role in our operation so we carefully select, train and look after the best possible. Our staff are usually the only ‘faces’ that clients see from Equity Ski, so if you’d like to apply for one of our positions you MUST be enthusiastic and ready to work hard to ensure our clients have a great holiday!
What We Offer

A monthly salary paid into a UK bank account (salaries given at interview)

Hotel staff will receive a monthly drinks allowance at the hotel bar
Reps, Ski Companions & Chalet Hosts can make commission on sales in resort.
A special tax dispensation which means you pay little or no tax on your wages
An end of season performance related bonus
Family and friends will receive a 10% discount on an Equity holiday.
