Being a Rainbow, Brownie, Guide or member of the Senior Section opens up a world of opportunities that will last a lifetime. It provides a safe, girl-only space to explore the activities, issues and possibilities that are available to girls today.
The range of activities is enormous and there's something, or more than something, to appeal to everyone, from outdoor challenges to learning new skills, international travel to getting involved in community action projects. And whether abseiling and canoeing or having your say on how we operate, one thing is certain. You'll make a lot of friends and have a lot of fun.

Blackland Farm
Blackland Farm is set in the lovely West Sussex countryside. The site has 122 acres of land and includes plenty of fields for camping, a stream and some woods. It's the perfect place to enjoy a break in the great outdoors.
There has been a campsite and activity centre at Blackland Farm since 1938. It was donated to Girlguiding UK in 1989 and since then a great deal of work has been carried out to ensure Blackland Farm meets our customers' needs.
We offer outdoor activities to our campers and people staying in the indoor accommodation but you do not have to stay here to try out our activities - day visitors are very welcome.
There are many attractions nearby which are ideal for day trips including Chartwell, the former home of Winston Churchill, and Hever Castle, where Anne Boleyn lived. Blackland Farm is also within walking distance of Ashdown Forest and the Bluebell Steam Railway.
Foxlease
Foxlease is set in 65 acres of beautiful land near Lyndhurst village in Hampshire. The centre is in the heart of the New Forest with easy access via road, rail and air from Southampton airport.
The estate was given to Girlguiding UK in 1922 on the occasion of the marriage of its then President, Princess Mary, The Princess Royal. Since then thousands of Guides from all corners of the world have visited the centre.
Foxlease includes camping and self-catering accommodation, conference facilities, a heated swimming pool and a range of equipment suitable for use in outdoor activities and events.
Waddow Hall
Waddow Hall is a 17th-century manor house overlooking the River Ribble and set in 178 acres of enchanting Lancashire countryside.It has been used by Girlguiding UK since 1927 as a place for trainings and camps. The manor house provides an ideal setting for groups to get away from the day-to-day pressures of school and work.
There are five fully equipped campsites, plenty of indoor accommodation, good conference facilities and equipment provided for a range of exciting activities.
The centre is within easy reach of the Lancashire Witch Country, the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales, so there are plenty of opportunities for interesting trips and scenic walks.
