In2action are experts in the high quality and safe delivery of activities for children, young people and families. We want all staff to be as 'multi-skilled' as possible, so to achieve this all our team members, whatever their position, receive extensive, high quality training from some of the top coaches in the UK.
Whether it's archery or face painting, volleyball, snorkeling or pirates treasure hunt, we'll ensure you have the skills and confidence necessary to deliver great experiences across all age ranges. For certain activities this will also mean you gaining nationally recognised qualifications. Depending on your background and experience you may also be trained to work on some of our high adrenaline 'off ground' activities.
We don't just concentrate on activities. You'll also receive certificated Child Welfare tuition along with guest care and other role specific training designed to ensure you have all the skills to do your job confidently, safely and to the highest possible standards.
All training is provided free of charge and takes place both in the UK and at your Centre, whether in the UK or overseas, prior to you working with guests.
The training and qualifications you will receive will be based on your position, previous experience and abilities, age group preference and operational requirements.
In 2009 In2action will operate on nine different holiday villages in mainland Spain, Majorca, Lanzarote, Turkey, The Dominican Republic, Cyprus, Mexico, Portugal and Egypt. All Holiday Villages offer a wide range of fantastic new and exciting activities to suit all age groups from toddlers to grandparents. The In2action team will ensure the days and evenings are packed full, with not a moment left to spare.
