Manor Adventure has been offering low cost, fun, action packed family activity holidays during the Easter, Whitsun and the Summer school holidays with fantastic feedback from both parents and kids. Parents choose our holidays in the knowledge that their children are extremely well looked after.

Our purpose is to provide a high quality experience in a safe and caring environment, for the development of young people through the provision of educational adventure courses at our activity centres in Wales, Shropshire and France. Many companies concentrate solely on providing fun. We regard this as an opportunity wasted. Of course, fun and new experiences are an important part of any course, but by working with schools we are able to bring the curriculum to life to help motivate and inspire children.
What We Offer

We believe that we offer the best employment opportunities in outdoor adventure. Our centres provide a safe, challenging environment for 15,000 guests a year - mainly school children. Our experience spans over a decade and we believe our courses to be the best in the industry.

Each year we employ over 60 personnel to work at our centres in South Shropshire and Northern France. We offer successful applicants a seasonal contract between January - November with the possibility of gaining recognised awards within the industry in such activities as climbing, abseiling, canoe/kayaking, archery, orienteering and hillwalking.
Our Centres

The Manor, our UK Centre is a superb 90 acre country estate located in the heart of rural Shropshire.

Le Chateau du Broutel is our French centre, set in its own 40 acre estate in the Somme region less than an hours drive from the port of Calais.


Abernant Lake Hotel offers exceptional facilities within a 30 acre site in a beautiful part of Mid Wales. Our hotel is sandwiched between the Brecon Beacons and the Cambrian mountains. It is only situated 13 miles from Builth Wells, which plays host to the Welsh Agricultural Show each year. The hotel has views over undulating countryside with the Cambrian mountains in the distance. Our 5 acre lake and adjoining river provides a lovely backdrop for our range of activities.

Our Programmes

We offer canoe/kayak,raft build,climbing, abseil,fencing, rifle shooting, high ropes, zip wire,orienteering, archery, walking, camping,survival, underground maze, obstacle courses, blind trail, BMX and more!

Recruitment & Training

You can apply online for any of our vacancies by completing our online application form. If your application is successful you will be invited to a selection weekend in December. The next stage for successful candidates will be training and final assessment days late December/early January.
