Way of life
Beyond their profession (receptionist, sport instructor, nurse...) GO’s are totally involved in village life, and are even the driving force behind it : they take part in shows, in customer arrivals and departures, in different activities, during the day as well as at night.
Terms of Employment
We offer seasonal fixed-term contracts for a period of 6 months. These fixed-term contracts are renewable from one season to another, based on performance evaluations. There are also Short Term Contracts for Child Activities Coordinators which can be 2 to 3 month assignments. Within our villages, we offer meals, accommodations, and insurance for our G.O.’s . Their work time is based on legislation in force in the host country. G.O.’s have one day off per week.
