Milburns was founded in Sunderland in 1905 as a bakery shop and cafe. From these modest beginnings, Milburns has grown steadily to become the leading specialist supplier of catering services in celebrated locations and major visitor attractions throughout the UK.

Our Venues

Bristol Museum
The Bristol City Museum cafe has vacancies throughout the year for part time hospitality staff. Positions are available during the day in the cafe, and in the evening at various corporate and private events.

Bristol Zoo Gardens
At Bristol Zoo Gardens we recruit staff for part time and weekend work throughout the year at our cafe situated next to the Monkey Jungle. Additional work will be available during the evening at private and corporate events.

Chill Factore, Manchester
Part time and temporary work is available throughout the year at Chill Factore, home to the UK's longest real snow indoor ski slope. Shifts are available between 9am and midnight 7 days a week, in the many bars and restaurants, including Wetherspoons, Nandos and Chiquitos. Additional work is also available in the conference centre.

Imperial War Museum North, Manchester
The WaterShard Cafe at Imperial War Museum North recruits staff throughout the year with shifts available 7 days a week. Additional work is also available at corporate events including banquets, conferences and product launches.

Manchester Art Gallery
The Gallery Cafe is open throughout the year and recruits for various part time positions. Additional evening shifts are also available at corporate and private events.

Museum Of Science and Industry, Manchester
The new cafe in the Museum of Science and Industry employs part time and weekend hospitalty staff. There is also additional work available at events and conferences held throughout the year.

National Railway Museum, York
The National Railway Museum, have positions available for part time, weekend and evening work. During the day you could be working in the restuarant or conference centre, and in the evenings at one of the many events held.

Royal Academy of Arts, London
Part time work is available throughout the year at Burlington House in Piccadilly. Shifts are available 7 days a week in the restaurant and cafe, with additional work available at private and corportate events.

Salisbury Cathedral
The Refectory Restaurant employs part time staff throughout the year. Work is also available at various evening dinners, drinks receptions and open-air events such as The Medieval Fair.

York Castle Museum
Part time hospitality positions are available in the museum cafe throughout the year. Additional work is also available when the museum hosts dinners and banquets in their indoor recreatation of a Victorian Street.
