More Mountain are a modern successful independent Ski & Snowboard Chalet company based in Morzine Avoriaz, France. We started in 2006 and have grown from strength to strength, now running three chalets and several contemporary apartments. Created by snowboarding couple Sam and Jon Dredge, our mission was always to create cool non pretentious luxury snowboarding and ski holidays at a price that wouldn't break the bank. We offer loads of mod cons like iPods and iMac's, stylish design, great food and wine and most importantly more fun than your granny could shake a stick at!

We are a young and exciting ever evolving business and are passionate about snowboarding and the mountains. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail, funky & contemporary design, wholesome gastro style food, quality handpicked wine and excellent service from grown up friendly and professional staff.

At More Mountain, you will have full autonomy for running your chalet as if it was your own business . YOU are responsible for everything in your chalet. Your guests will be in your capable hands from start to finish the moment they arrive in resort to the moment they leave so you need to be smart, quick thinking, funny, a dab hand in the kitchen and ideally a good skier and snowboarder.

We require couples with a commercial background, ideally with management experience in customer facing sales and retail roles. We offer a great package in a fun environment with quality staff accommodation, lift pass, mobile phone, vehicle and many additional benefits.

Morzine is a fab place to do a season. Its overall relaxed vibe and snowboarding friendly atmosphere make it a great choice for anyone wanting to "do a season". We've snowboarded our way around the world, having lived in Canada, Europe and New Zealand, and have stayed in all types of accommodation from tiny wooden mountain huts to plush 5* hotels. We can honestly say, the best place by far for us has been Morzine. There's always a reason to do a season in Morzine!
