The Haut Lac International Centre is a holiday centre which is designed specifically for kids. Both our structure and our staffing are geared towards providing our students with a fun, energetic environment for both learning and playing. We want each and every student to get the maximum benefit they can from their stay with us.

In order to achieve this we need highly motivated, energetic and enthusiastic staff who love working with kids and who will give all their focus to the students in their care.

We are a residential centre with the responsibility of taking care of up to 100 children at any given time therefore staff to be aware that there are very strict guidelines concerning alcohol and smoking both in the building and as it affects our work. Anyone who thinks a winter season is skiing followed by lots of apres ski will find that this is not the job for them. However people who love skiing, who love to be outside and active will find that this could well be their dream job, as many people already have.

As a holiday camp we feel that we treat our staff very well both in terms of salary and time off in comparison to other camps. We do this because we do not want our staff to lose energy and motivation throughout a programme and we want to get the best out of each member of staff.

We want our staff to focus all their energy on the students and their needs. When working with the kids the more of your personality you put in to your work the greater the response from the kids and the more rewarding the experience for everyone.
