Why work for us?

Neilson is dedicated to providing active holidays, in the winter with our ski & snowboard programme and in the summer and year round resorts with our land and water-based activities. From beginners to experts alike, we make active holidays really accessible. Neilson are the Active Holiday Experts.

» We have over two decades of experience in operating    active holidays worldwide and offer customers    accommodation in hotels, chalets and neilson-run    hotels, self-catering studios, apartments and afloat on    yachts and gulets.
» Our summer programme is renowned for its
long-standing relationship with the Royal Yachting    Association, the National Governing Body for sailing,    windsurfing and powerboating in the UK.
» We are a company which recognises the importance of    our staff and in January 1998, we were the first major    tour operator to achieve the 'Investor in People' award    which is a symbol of our commitment to the    development of our staff.
» Our aim is to provide "exceptional service from    exceptional people" so you can be assured of the    highest standards of training and support throughout    your career with us.

Who we want...

All Neilson staff, whatever their role, will come into contact with our guests and other staff, therefore all applicants should possess extremely good interpersonal skills. You will need to be warm, enthusiastic and approachable so that our guests always feel that they can come to you, confident that you will ensure all aspects of their holiday run smoothly. The way you relate to our guests is an important element in the delivery of our product and your personal touch will make our guests feel welcome and genuinely amongst friends.

With Neilson, you will be expected to be passionate about the range of activities you are involved in - we are looking for individuals who demonstrate a desire to get involved, further their skills, and share their enthusiasm and expertise with our customers.
