We are a family-owned, family-spirited and hugely successful luxury hotel group with 12 (and growing) design hotels in central London, Heathrow and Manchester. We are also an active part of the worldwide Carlson Companies.

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

What training and education will I get?
Training and education is focused on four key areas of development:

» practical front line skills
» supervisory and management skills
» developing professional skills & competence
» leadership and performance management

We offer a full range of opportunities from on-the-job and off-the-job training to foundation degrees and Management Programmes at the University of Oxford's Templeton College.

How will I be helped to succeed?
Your programme will be set at the appropriate level and your appraisals and development plan will outline exactly what you need to learn in order to develop.
