About Us

Reflexion Care is an established residential care provider for young people with multiple behaviour disorders. Since opening our doors in 1999 we have provided acute care services through innovative care plans and established a proven, evidence based track record of stabilising the behaviour of some of the most damaged and vulnerable young people in the country.

We specialise in providing positive outcomes for young people with a history of placement breakdowns, or those with behaviour so extreme it makes them difficult to be cared for by any other provider.

Staff Training

The successful outcomes we deliver start with the significant investment in staff training that exceeds all standards, both in the quality of training and the amount of training each staff member receives.

Our comprehensive in-house training programme is designed to enable staff to carry out their complex role successfully. The programme gives them a sound knowledge base, enables them to evaluate the effectiveness of the service provided, and empowers them to operate and take action within guidelines when faced with challenging behaviour. What separates us from other care providers is our investment in a month long induction training programme for all our staff with qualified social workers and professional trainers, where they learn a variety of social work skills, are introduced to the key legislation that guides their practice, and complete nationally recognised statutory training.
