Seafarer Holidays are widely recognised as leading specialists in Flotilla and Beach Club holidays. We also offer a wide range of bareboat charters and learn to sail courses. For those that don't wish to sail themselves we offer cabin charter on yachts and on our Small Ship cruises, as well as land based holidays through our sister company Best of Travel. Many of the holidays we feature are exclusive to Seafarer. All are carefully selected for their superb and often unique itineraries, friendly ambiance and informality. We specialise in providing a personalised service, enabling standard packages to be combined and augmented by tailor made arrangements. Our top quality flotillas in Greece, Turkey and Croatia, feature a range of one, two and four week itineraries, high specification yachts and experienced English speaking crew. There are regular weekly departures between May and October to each destination. Our Beach Club is an ideal family holiday village with excellent facilities. The sailing club caters for a maximum of 60 Seafarer guests and is run by our own team of instructors and safety crew. Equipment on offer includes twenty windsurfers with a choice of rigs, a range of sailing dinghies including four Taz (by Topper), six Toppers, two Lazer Pico's, two Laser Bahias as well as two larger Omega dinghies, Sea Kayaks and two Dart 16 catamarans. All equipment is new in 2006-9. We also have two yachts based on the site for optional sailing courses and day trips. In addition to the dinghy, windsurf and yacht tuition at the Club, we offer pre-flotilla and RYA yachting courses in conjunction with our Flotillas, and charter skippering for those that just want to sit back and enjoy the ride. Our guests are from diverse backgrounds, spanning all age ranges, and with differing expectations. Some will want very little support (they may even teach you a thing or two)!, others want more assistance. So you need to be able to personalise the service you give them and you'll need to be good at dealing with people, both the easy going and the more demanding. We aim to keep the holiday atmosphere informal and flexible, which means you'll have to be organised and self disciplined. Those who like creative problem solving, and who prefer taking responsibility over passing the buck, will enjoy the opportunities we offer. You'll be working closely with our team in the UK, and with our local suppliers, with great opportunities to learn about local life and enhance your technical, business and sailing skills. Job specific training is provided at the start of season. Our staff make the difference between our guests having a good time, and a great one. The work can be hard but is rewarding and great fun. In addition to a competitive package, you'll have the reassurance of knowing you're not just a number to us, but part of a close knit team. |
