Based in Les Houches and operating throughout the Chamonix Valley, Service-Compris provide individual, in-chalet catering services to local chalet owners and operators who want to enhance a holiday experience with high-quality gourmet cuisine! We are a well established couple who have worked together in England and in France and have a combined 25 years of experience in the Hotel and Catering Industry! Quality and attention to detail are the top priorities at Service-Compris. Understanding the client's needs and responding with a smile are our trademark. Working for usWe are currently looking for experienced, qualified chefs to work alongside us during winter 2008-9. You'll need to cater for a variety of clientele. You'll need to be adaptable, able to think on your feet and enthused by the challenge of interacting directly with the client. Our staff are responsible for menu planning and preparation, budget control and kitchen management. Ideally, you'll have a proven career history and a willingness to provide the best! |
