Skivolution is a family run business based in Le Praz and La Tania, Courchevel - set in the very heart of the French Alps. Established in 1987, this is our 21st ski season but nevertheless, the company philosophy remains the same today as when we started out - to ensure our guests have their best ever alpine holiday with the very best British ski coaching in the best ski area and the best piste preparation team in Europe. The Trois Vallees boast an unbelievably efficient lift system and terrain which genuinely suits all levels of skiers and boarders. Most of our business in based on recommendation and of our guests last winter over 95% were either returning guests or had booked as a result of a recommendation by an existing client. Our ski coaching is fundamental to our programme and we are developing our increasingly popular performance courses and Kids Training camps. Our ski instructors not only make the lessons fun, but really develop our guests' skiing, something they are all passionate about. We think our size and friendly disposition together with our approachable and professional chalet staff gives our guests a personal service which is difficult to match. We take a lot of time recruiting and are well aware that without good people in the chalets it is impossible to offer quality service. We generally employ staff a little older than the average chalet host and all our staff go through a rigorous pre-season training course - ensuring they are familiar with not only our company ethos and quality standards but also our guest expectations. Our staff are selected not only for their specific technical skills but also for their lively personalities. All our ski season staff are required the work the full season from early December to late April, although there are some opportunities starting in January.
